Junior Associate
As a Junior Associate, you support student entrepreneurs and help them build their companies from the ground up. Together, you are responsible for supporting dealflow, participating in the venture building programme and developing the skills that matter in investing and entrepreneurship.
Junior Associates work closely with Senior Associates and actively participate in The Hague entrepreneurial ecosystem to provide the best possible support. Junior Associates are expected to commit 4–8 hours a week. By doing so, you will build a valuable network, gain hands-on experience and make new friends!
Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate, you are part of the operational core of HSiF. Our Senior Associates lead dealflow, run the venture building programme and represent HSiF at events and partner meetings, either individually or as Project Leader on a specific project.
Senior Associates progress from the Junior pathway and drive the fund at the operational level. They are expected to commit 8–12 hours per week to dealflow, meetings and the continued growth of HSiF.
Research and Consultancy
Would you like to do a research or consultancy project, for example for your thesis, minor, or elective? That's possible. HSiF works closely with the New Finance research group at THUAS and other institutions or companies. Or maybe do a consultancy project at one of our startups.
